Radiation Risk Communication Workshop

3 Day Course US$ 1095

This workshop is intended to provide RSOs, RPMs, HPs, CHPs, administrative, and public relations people with effective communication tools for dealing with workers and the public on radiation safety issues. This workshop is based on over 15 years of studies with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which show why the conventional approaches to communication do not work and what is needed for successful communications.

Each participant will get personalized MBTI results and individual guidance on the best applications of those results to meet his/her specific needs. Students will be asked to bring their most difficult communication scenarios and will receive at least three workable options for each.

The workshop will include a review of numerous practical communication tools and exercises for acquiring skills by practicing the use of those tools.
